An Industrial Engineer by education and training, Fahrettin GÖKŞİN started his professional career at Turkish Aviation Industries Inc., the state enterprise with the mandate to initiate and develop Turkey's capabilities in the avionics field and serve as the cradle of Turkish operational capacity in air combat. He later moved to various branches of automotive industries, ranging from manufacturing firms in the agriculture sector to passenger and commercial vehicles, mainly focusing on establishing and managing distributor networks, after-sales services and CRM systems. He currently heads earthquake disaster prevention and urban renewal projects and coordinates designing and implementation of "resilient cities" programs.
